I've been thin and I've been fat, and back and back again. The difference is:
FAT =
The Good: You're strong physically. Useful in traveling, or trying to get a jeepney ride during rush hours where pushing and shoving are involved.
The Bad: You get hungry and have to eat every 3 hours. Failure to eat would result to instant weakness in the whole body, along with dizziness. Followed by a sudden burst of anger.
THIN =
The Good: Can last 10 hours without eating. Would feel hungry all the time, but won't feel the need to eat. Can sleep hungry and wake up not hungry anymore.
The Bad: Physically weak, hands and knees will shake when attempting to put a 5 gallon water container on the dispenser.

kai labad man ang ulo.. then dili na maka huna2x og tarong mao dali na au mapikon resulta sapoton na daun.
yup usahay sapoton ko but if possible di lang ko manghagis kay tungod gi gutom... di jud na reason nga mang hagis kung gutomon...hehehe
