these are the things i learned when it comes to house building and renovation: 1. kung ipa contrata nimo, about 200% and tubo sa contractor which is understandable kay alangan man sad ug dili sila mo ganansya. BUT, what if u r on a tight budget like our ts? 2. the suppliers of materials can actually misrepresent amount on the receipts. i tried this personally. so mas samot ka mamahalan sa materiales kay naa may tubo ang mopalit. so, here is what i did sa akong mga projects. ako jud personally ang mangumpra sa mga materiales. ug naa man koy ipapakyaw, labor ra jud. in that way, you can be assured nga dili ka ma overpriced and you can get more value for your money

hello guys, i would like to consult if makaabot ba ug 30,000 ang mag process ug building permit? nya worth it ra ba ang 150,000 na bayad sa architect as prof. fee for a 3 storey house, floor area 350 sq meters? salamat... i need some opinions pud unta =) salamat
