bro. try hilutungan island, but u need to rent a pump boat to get there! its a very nice place for snorkling and scuba diving.... hilutungan is a fish & coral sanctuary.

sumilon island... been there last july and improved na jud ayo ang place

if ganahan mo ug duol sa nalusuan island and hilutungan island

moalboal would be the next closest

bohol if you have the time, about 100 meters from the shore nanay dagko nga corals and fish

apo island is the best jud so far medyo layo lang and you have to pay just to step on the island and another bayad if you wanna snorkel.
