Question about Taxes

Taxes in the Philippines are just retarded. Ing-na ko ninyo how many of you are enjoying from the taxes you are paying? Are you using the public hospitals for medical treatment? Are our roads good enough to prevent you from thinking of buying a tiger tank instead of a car? Do we have enough fire trucks and other emergency equipments to service roughly 90+ million Filipinos? We are a people going into poverty and chaos due to corruption.

mao nay gamit sa inyong ITR. kung pila gani mo reflect diha, dapat mao na inyong madawat. if manobra og hatag ang company sa tax refund if mo resign mo, payable mo ana sa next company mao na dagko mog tax deductions or possibly walay madawat tax refund at the end of fiscal year. if sobra sad, mao nang naa tay madawat tax refund.

hmm...i've inquired another officemate nga ni resign lng weeks ago (dec 2011).
akong gituki ba kung naa ba cyay nakuha atong sa tax refund, since ang remittance sa tax sa among company "kuno" kay within the first quarter man sa year (jan-feb)
unsa iyang gitubag? WALA. sa tax refund lng na ha...but i still have to clarify it again kay basin nasayop lng kog pagsabot.


if wala man gyd gani...DAFUQ, nganong wala man?! i've asked her if ala ba cya nag-ask about it sa HR. wala man sad cya. imposibiha sad oi. i mentioned also bahin sa ITR and murag ala sd cyay alamag...but she seemed like telling me nga "igo lng cya nidawat".

Naa pud tngali cya nadawat tax refund. Wla lang tngali nya basaha ang computation sa iya final pay. Basin nagtuo cya na tunolan ra cya ug money na refund. Dala na 2 sa iya final pay. if wla man gni sakto ra tngali ang na withhold na tax or naa siya'y utang na tax sa una, mao gihapak na lang 2 ang sobra sa tax sa iya latest employment

Ingon ako maestra sa taxation pag.college na knahanglan dli gyud ta kalimot mo.ask ug ITR.

Calendar year man ang gamit sa tax...

Declaration of income tax for individuals kay quarterly:
1st april 15
2nd august 15
3rd november 15
4th april 15

The final adjusted income tax return (ITR) is supposed to filed and paid in for the installment on or before april 15 of the following calendar year (january - april 15)\

with regards sa withholding tax

sa employer-employee relationship, the withholding agent is the employer... failure to withhold the tax or in case of underwithholding, the deficiency tax shall be collected from the withholding agent, which is your employer...

mo.deduct cla ug withholding tax ug mo.bayad gyud na cla kay cla may paninglan.

for example: work ka from: january 2010 - november 2010, resign ka pagnovember, giuli tanan nmo tax withheld. following year... nagwork ka from january 2011 to present... nya ang tax i.withhold sa imo kay sugod sa january 2010-november 2010 plus sa january 2011 to present na withholding tax. dba dako na kaau?

ang next employer na nmo ang mo.continue sa imo taxes ug cla na pud ang mo.refund, if naa knahanglan i.refund.

Ang ila computation for your "withholding tax" should be based on the current taxable year .. 2013 ra.
So ang computation will be based on your earnings from Jan-Jul.2013 (daku-daku jud ni ! ! ). And then for Aug.2013 onwards, based on monthly payroll na nimo.

Ang katong previous years (2010-2012), wala na to oi. Good as settled na to. Kay ga-file man kaha ka og income tax return on or before every April 15 ?
