Hi Everyone!!! just a concerned citizen nuh, I've worked with them for quite sometime with position sa kasamaang palad... if you were to ask me, I will not recommend this company for you to work with.. why? #1: payroll dept? bad! #2 training? unsatisfactory #3 not stable and #4 never mind... you don't wanna know.... anyway, I already resigned and now that I have a new job and I am asking for my COE, guess what?! I've waited 7 hours from 11pm til 6am for that and I don't get anything, WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! wait there's more, I did not receive my tax return with my last pay.... would you like to work with them? guys, we all need stable job but not with this company.. the 30k advertisement offer is too good to be true!!!

This is very true, my girlfriend work their before and that company sucks....gamay ug salary, bati ug office, disorganize ang mga HR, wlay klaro ang management and most of all ng-lumba anay ug sinipsip ang mga empleyado sa CEO....

Training? Sus intawn,,, according to my gf ang ilang mga trainers ga-binisaya.....Ultimo ang ila daw head sa Trainer ky ng-kanga kanga ug ininglis....

hi..I'm one of their trainees..pag Monday pako nagstart..

they're located in E-office 1 - Zylun's bldg b4..their sales accounts were from Zylun then nagkadako man sya..maong ge.subdivide sya and they made their sister company and named it Direct Access..

Basic Pay is 13k + 3k allowance non-taxable.. (one-month trainee)
BAsic pay 13k + 4k allowance non-taxable (5-month probationary)
Basic pay 13k + 5k allowance non-taxable (upon regularization)

Incentives, commissions and spiffs are also different..so the more you make sales..the more you'll get..

So far ok pa akong 1 week didto...lengaw sya..d keu pressure..lengaw ang environment..
with regards sa trainors, I think it would depend kng kinsa ang na.assign nga mo.train nimo..mas prefer namo nga magbisaya usahay para f naay d masabtan, maklaro jud sya..

with regards sa pay..since 1st pay namo is this 30th..il just get back to you..so far ok paman..

but as the saying goes "Stay f ur hapi, leave f ur not..y prolong the agony f d naka nahan sa imong job? then look for another job..eheh..feedbacks are ok..negative comments are ok since its ur POV..pero f modaot naka sa company generally..bati na sya..remember too much of anything is bad..eheh..

usa ragud akong masaway sa 1st week namo..they have shortage of chairs..like mag.alsa2 mi ug chair from the training room to the voice room..eheh..pero its sabotable kay the company is still growing and they're growing and growing everyday..daghan silang ehire almost everyday..so that's y..they're expanding and they're planning to move to a bigger office..I think one the newest bldg in IT..no confirmation yet..

ahaha ahaha i think na misinterpret nimo, or tingali na misinterpret sa inyong management ang BIR tax regulation regarding nontaxable allowances.

I thought 21k ang basic?

and regarding the trainers, di ba you should speak english coz your clients speak english? would you rather ask the client to speak in bisaya so you can understand them THAN speak their language?

btaw oie... nisamot ako self pity pag apply nako dri sa direct access ... 3 nlang mi kabook nahabilin for final interview... dn gpa wait mi.. then after a while.. gi tawag ko for final interview... dn, naka sense jud ko na EVEN IF WLA PAKO KATIWAS OG ANSWER, kay musapaw dayon ang kadto nag interview nako.. nalain ko ato.. dn ni question pud cya if im going to rate myself daw 10 is the highest , 1 is the lowest.. and why?? dn ako answer bah kay 9 man.. ingun ko "9 because....." paghuman nako sa because ingun jud cya na " okay, okay(mura jud cya g boringan aie..nga ning tobag bya ko) thats all .. bsan wla pa cya kahibaw sa reason nganong 9 ako answer... dli najud ko mublik dri oie.. okay raman unta to ang nag screening namu kay gdawat gne niya ang uban na NAG BINISAYA og answer sa iya question.. dn kadto lang jud last nag interview... dli pajud mu prangka if kapasar bah oh wla.. dn kadto amo kauban na na failed sa phone simulation exam kay nahagbong man bah.. dako pajud kaayo og tingug pag announce as in tanan applicants naka dungog jud " nah, sorry blah.blah.. u r not qualified to take the next step okay thank you.." i mean dli diay pwede na iya padu.olon?? uwaw bya aie.. nalooy jud ko adto nila.. mao rana ako na experience sa direct access during my application process..

Sakto kaau ka bro... trainers should be good role models to their trainees... and they should practice EOP specially if they are on training... this goes to show that they have very incompetent trainers who cant even speak straight english, can't express themselves very well in english... specially ilang head trainer nga dako ug mata nga bisaya accent kaau if mo-english... wahahahahahha
