    sakto man sad ang gibuhat sa mandaue kay they did not single out cebu city from the rules nga kinahanglan orderly ang pagtransport sa garbage unya way magspill nga mga garbage sa road.. normal lang na ang usa ka local govt. naa juy rules about ana..
