if it was really urgent you could have still used your cellphone
why didnt you used it immediately?

dont see any point bringing a cellphone and not using it
one reason why people bring with them a cellphone is for emergency and urgency to make a phone call

if in the first place you immediately used your cellphone in making that so called emergency or urgent call
you could avoided the hassle and inconvenience it caused you just looking for a payphone
just look at it how much time you had wasted looking for that payphone or landline phone where in in just a matter of seconds you could reached for your pocket or bag and make that emergency call at your own convenience
