    Sorry for the late reply guys. For a communicator, the steps were: Typing Test, (w/c i think i flunked) Reading 3 long pages of Script about Healthcare via Voice Recording, then an Interview with HR lady. (not sure if manager but she seemed older.) I think I did well sa interview and recording but she said to wait for 1 week, and if no call, it means you were dropped. (At least she was direct, right)

    Anyway, if they like you enough for a second interview with the Ops Manager, you then have to undergo a Panel Interview with the CEO from the US on speakerphone/telecon.

    Their computers were pretty high tech and the atmosphere relaxed. Facilities weren't so great, but the people seemed nice.
    As to the pay - I didn't inquire yet cos initial interview pa man, but from my fellow candidates they said above 20k "daw". (disclaimer)

    sauna kay mga nurses rajud ang naa sa ilang BPO karon kay ga experimental cla, open to all courses na. kaya kayu ang pressure kung usa ka ka-tenured agent, peru i doubt sa account as comms kung wala kay medical background, sunggo ilong! makabuhi na og pamilya ilang sweldo dnhi.... fixed rd pud (sat-sun).

    kailangan jud na college graduate? how about undergrad pero taas na og call center experience?
