Get to know this yummy discovery -> Everything Yummy [food+love] in Piazza Elesia, Talamban, Cebu
This place serves real American style rib slabs, baby back ribs, and spare rib cuts.
If you look closely, some claim to have baby back ribs but serve a bunch of neck bones and spine and NOT ribs, these are the cheaper meat cuts, thus the price.

I hope Holy Cow Grill opens in Cebu soon, lami gyud ila baby back ribs, katilaw ko sa MoA, mahal mahal sad gyud hinuon
Casa Verde!!!! Worth imong gibayad sa kalami og kadako.
Good baby back ribs really do come with a considerable pricepremium cut man na nga mga part. if barato kaayo, pwede imported meat ang gamit (which are slaughtered abroad for like two months before it is sold in the philippines - eww) or... pork neck and spine. sadly, daghan na diri ga pamalit nga restos in cebu.
grabe dugaya na anang mga karneha oi
As in. No kidding. They come in corrugated boxes with labels including date when the pig was slaughtered. i've tried cooking imported and local meats side by side just for comparison. if you are a cook (i guess bisag dili gud...), you would know the diff sa texture mao na uban lat an gyud ug maayo. but, i wouldn't let my own family eat those...
mao pod ingon sa ako bro, lahi ra gyud daw ang meat sa gawas, mas lami gyud ang locl produce(basin pod tungod kay naanad ta daan diri hehe)

IMO, Casa Verde is good, but not that good, overrated ra gyud cya, walai lain nailhan ang mga tao mao nang best na na cya para nila, Sakto gyud.. neck cuts ug spine na gamit nila not real ribs. Para nako as of the moment, Casa Verde is nothing compared to La Maison (Ayala Entertainment Center) when it comes to ribs, their prices are not cheap but not ridiculous na malipong sad ka sa imong gi bayad, igo igo ra sad gyud. The trick there is ayaw kaon dd2 kung ikaw ra isa kai dili pang single person ang price so di sad pang solo ang portion.
Na intriga ko aning Everyting Yummy, suwayan nako para naa koi lain choice.![]()
actually our local pork faired better than the imported ones today, thou there is nothing wrong with imported from u.s australia etc where in my opinion much cleaner and more consistent in quality, the only downside is by doing so were not supporting our local hog raisers . just stay away from the ones that came from china.
now if u ask me about beef thats a whole diff story. imported ones are still superior than local. with some exceptions on where and what specific farm u get ur beef there is a small ranch in batangas, cagayan and bukidnon that raise exceptional beef but sadly not for mass market.
