in this situation, 3 pud akong pilion. ang recommendation, nice to have pero depende man pud how reputable your client is among his/her friends.. ang number 2, nindot ang ask to increase your pay, pero tungod kay ang administrator kay relative niya? dli lang ko.. hehe. kung ma-raise man akong sweldo, dapat tungod sad sa akong services/skills/whatever na-contribute sa company..

I would go for a passive approach, kay in the first place, all of these could be done without you choosing any.
Somewhere along the lines of:

I agree in your last statement.. hehe.. kung tagaan pa kog chance na papilion no I will choose option 1 kay tinood man gud daghan sya kaila from politics to business people.. secretive lang man gud ni sya nga tao according to my hospital administrator which is the relative of this man.. Investment pud unta ba kay para di na lang ko manarbaho.. magtukod na lang unta kog massage parlor.
