ang 10% professional fee mahimo na lng og 1% kung magkalisud TY ang PF.. wew...........

As an licensed architect, you are not guaranteed that you will get rich if dont have big time clients. Clients are the architect's breadwinner. =)

ganahan kaau ko mag-architect!!! i salute to all the architects jud; naka-graduate naku ang passed my board exam as a nurse yet d jud fullfiling kaau kay ganahan ko mu-skwela ug architecture.. idk, maybe a passion deep within lang cgro.

mag fine arts ba ko nga undergraduate ? or mag architectural nga graduate?
naa byay course nga undergraduate og graduate, nya mas nindot bya paminawn ang gradutate !

unsa mn jud akong kuhaon? gnahan ko mag architect ig tiguwang nako pero gnahan mn pd ko ka experience og fine arts nga course? asa mn jud akong i take? dli ko gnahan mag doble2 og course, tapulan bya ko. TABANG !!!!

Pagkalisud gayud sa kinabuhi sa architect ug minus ka ug diskarte...

akong maestru sa college niundang sya pagka instructor ky nagka daghan na gyud iyang client, 36 yrs old pa. karun naka build na gyud sya iya own office, 2 houses, naa na syay 3 cars, iyang projects mostly sa Government, like Public market, Schools, and other government buildings in our place.

kini sya nga instructor, known gyud ni sya nga Palainum, Pang chiks, terorista sa clase, peru pag abot sa diskarte sa iyang business, makuha gyud nya ang client maskin gi refer ra sa iya. makita nimu bisan asa nga suok naka tarp iyang project with his name.

My key point is: dapat kahibaw ka mu diskarte sa imung business, dapat e build nimu ang self confidence thru meeting new/more friends, Attend social gatherings ug uban pa.dapat jud ka ma expose perme sa outside world.

daghan architect run nga galingkud ra ky nag autocad o na 3d o nagteacher lang. wala na nasunod ilang passion.

The Court of Appeals has decided in favor of Civil Engineers in its legal battle with the Architects regarding our rights under RA 544 otherwise know as the Civil Engineering Law. Below is a quote of the dispositive portion of the Cour of Appeals decision dated 05 January 2012.

"WHEREFORE, in view of all the foregoing, the appeal is
... hereby GRANTED. The appealed Decision, dated January 29,
2008 is hereby REVERSED and SET ASIDE and a new one
entered as follows:

a) Sections 302.3 and 4 of the Revised Implementing Rules
and Regulations of the National Building Code are hereby
declared null and void for being contrary to Republic Act 544 and
PD 1096 insofar as they prevent civil engineers from exercising
their right to prepare, sign and seal plans and designs of buildings
such as Vicinity Map / Location Plan, Site Development Plan,
Perspective, Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Reflected Ceiling
Plans and the like;

b) Civil engineers are hereby declared to have the right to
prepare, sign and seal plans and specifications enumerated in
Section 302.4 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations
of the National Building Code for submission to Building Officials
as provided for under Republic Act No. 544 and Presidential
Decree No. 1096."

this is like santa claus - The stuff we were taught when we were kids, but as we grow up, we know its far from the truth.
Now naka daug na ang Civil Engineers sa Court of Appeals, to a certain degree, murag useless imu lisensya. Overwork and underpaid pa jud.
