Opening a Resort/Inn

I am planning to make a mountain resort/Mountaineers Inn out of a big area of my dad's land somewhere South. For now, I have no capital and just several ideas to make it. So I'm sure it won't open anytime soon. Hahaha! But still the planning stage is crucial after all why not start now?

Any opinions and suggestions guys?

how many kilometers man gikan sa main road or provincial road?/nya ,what are you planning to make? small hut? cottages? unsa imo market ani? duol ba ni og water pipeline? electricity line? mga basic nga imo tan awn usa....

wow, got a lot of things to think about. But the lot is walking distance to the main road. I was also thinking more of rooms coz I think there are a lot of transients there. Naa man pud water source and electricity didto... Hehehe

You should have a definite plan on what you want to do and achieve if you already have the capital for this venture.
Have a feasibility study, marketing plan, contingency plan first before starting
