80gb for my OS,..2x500gb for datas...3 hd's in all.....
same here OS at 80GB, data storage are at 120GB and USB 500GB HDD 2.5"
magkinaunsa man ako OS walay kurat mag reformat ug zero fill sa primary HDD..
depende ra na nimo if ganahan kag dako o ganahan kag gamay capacity, dpende unsa imo ipang store na files, dinagko ba, pero I prefer separate drives, lahi HDD sa OS ug lahi ang sa storage DATA....
if moingon pud ka dali maguba, murag taeming taeming ra na.... so far sa ako 7years old na WD 80GB ug 120GB wala pa may nahitabo no bad sector and still running now, nibuto na lang ako thermaltake na PSU ug nagamit na lang ko karun ug generic as replacement 550W sticker (400W board mark) almost 8months wala may problema..

that should depend on your need. if you need more storage, for whatever reason, go high capacity. if not, stick to lower capacity drives to save on cost.... although, price per GB is getting cheaper as you go higher capacity -- that's why I personally prefer high capacity drives.
as regards drive performance, the rotational speed in units of RPM is a good indicator. the higher the rpm, the faster the access and seek time; hence faster performance.
^ tama si pinoyhd TS. as what we are saying, it depends on your needs.
