This is really unbelievable, I went to the J center mall with my son, actually I had gone there several times before. Wanted to reach someone through the landline kay naay implortante nga i discuss.

Sus nalibot na lang nako ang tibuok mall kapila ka beses wala man lang gyud bisan usa ka payphone. I went inside branches of LBC and Travel/office agencies there wala kuno sila mga phone. I finally went to the concierge in front of the mall and ask if there was a payphone available or if maka gamit ba ko sa phone kay naa ko emergency tawagan. igo lang ko gi smila-an ug gi ingnan ko nga "wala pa raba mi phone sir..."

one of the attendants there told me nga ang Ace Hardware naa phone sulod lang daw ngadto ungya "pretend" kuno nga customer ko sa ila tindahan ungya mugamit daw ko sa phone. Himuon pa ko nilang mangingilad!

Grabeh! paka-uwaw ra man ni sila oi. tuga-tuga sila ug abli ug mall and they don't/can't even provide as basic a service as telephones to their customers mas maayo pa ang sari-sari store ani nila naa pay telepono?

When this store opened I would have wanted to give this store my full patronage maayo na lang kay naa mall dire dapit. but after this sus kay naa emergency kuyaw madamay gyud hasta pinalangga nimo sa imong kinabuhi. dili na lang gyud ko mosuroy aning tindahana ungya na kung naa moy mga decente nga facilities nga maka support sa inyo customers. Who knows? I may never go back to this mall again!

@emailroy2002: bro, kasabot man ta ana pero front desk nila mismo ("concierge kunohay") dili pagamit phone? either these guys are that inconsiderate to their customers or ingon ana sila ka minus. yes, naa man daghan fon diha dapita but I am talking about the store itself and its obligation to its customers...

ang ila man gud siguro pagtoo nga tanan mga tawo ron mobile phones na ang gamit mao nga wa na kaayo tagda pagpainstall og mga payphones sa mall...i agree with TS nga responsibility nila sa mga customers nga magbutang jud og payphone..wake up mall
management!!!!
