diet in one week? what do you mean? loosing or gaining weight? be realistic. if your trying to lose weight, you cant loose 5 kls in one week. remember, to loose 1 pound (about half a kilo) you have to eat 3,500 less calories. so if you eat 500 calories less every day multiply it by 7 (days in a week) it's realistic to loose 1 pound a week. THAT IF YOUR BODY RESPONDS VERY WELL TO DIET!
ako ika suggest nimo is give your self more time. dieting and loosing weight is a slow and gradual process. having a hot bod in one week is just not possible.
