Master Yoda's Quote “Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.”
It's a case that lasted way too long.
Cebu lost a lot of opportunities not just in hosting movie location productions but also in concerts and other entertainment events. Since 2007, Beyonce', Janet Jackson, Taylor Swift and many other artists all had their events in Manila, not in Cebu.
More on movie shooting, Cebu continues to lose and the economic opportunities that the Bourne movie is bringing would have benefited our local community. Why does it always have to be Manila? Does not Cebu deserve to be used for location shooting of international films?
Here's another thing. Cebu can't even attract all those filmmakers in Manila to bring their productions here. See those many love team movies, horror movies, Vic Sotto movies, Bong Revilla movies and Ai-Ai movies released the last several years? None of them were filmed here. Cebu deserves better!
Really, some people up "there" are sleeping on the job on a certain way of promoting Cebu.
i think cebu would be a good shooting location considering we have bigfoot studios to accomodate filmakers and producers.
maayo tag daghan pang hollywood movies mag shooting diri oi.

Why not? They're spending millions of dollars on this movie.
According to Bandila (video below), they've used 400 local extras for 500 PhP each. That's only 200,000 PhP. Pila na? Around $4,600...
