the director of this movie was charged with murder or manslaughter, among other charges, kay nituo jud ang mga Italians (the movie was made by Italians and produced in Italy) nga namatay jud ang mga actors, that all scenes were real. Ang mga actors pud had a contract not to show themselves in public in a year after the movie was released. So samut nagtuo ang mga Italians nga namatay jud. So they had to breach their contract when they had to show up in court to provide the evidence that they were still alive. The charges for manslaughter were dropped, but the director was still charged for harming animals during the making of the movie...
