Nag wonder ko why kada Sinulog mu dance jud na si Gov Gwen Garcia..
Is that her sort of panata or she just wants to perform?
just curious lang jud.

For me there is nothing wrong for Gwen Garcia if she wants to dance during Sinulog..she is the Governor of Cebu and maybe she does want to lead by example. also, its her time.look at Noli De Castro, he is always present during the parade of the black Nazarene, each of us has its own ways of expressing ones self so i dont see why there is something wrong with Gwen Dancing during the Sinulog parade.
