Heads up lng guys sa JOYO nga stores, grabeh ka bati ug serbisyo! naa pa jd modus..tsk!
ng palit ko WD HDD 500gb did2..while purchasing medyo nka bantay na mi na open ang item, amo gi question bowt it pero ok ra dw na.. but still kbnty npud mi sa sticker label sa HD nga medyo na pak2 or slightly na tang2 ang edges pero ni insist jhpn cla nga ok ra..so after that pg taod sa HD ky dili mu read, literally..guba jd xa..so the next day amo gi pa check for replacement ky warranty pa lng.1 day old pa lng gd..but suddenly ni accuse cla na gi tamper dw nko ang item and they will not honor the warranty and will not replace the item..WHHAAT! com'n, mao pa jd ang pinakamahal nga item sa ako gipamalit, and why would i tamper that item?im a professional, i worked for that money. so i decided to ask for assistance sa DTI..wla jd clay customer relations did2..y assurance imo kwarta!
if any1 have experienced the same with JOYO, pls share and voice out.. and suggest/comment on my situation..
