OT:what if imo games dili kadaug ana nga resolution?

murag naa mugawas border line na itom sa kilig yata. not sure though... i'll try to check kung naa ko games na dili ka support og 1440X900. feedback lang ko later...

im using a low end video card( GeForce FX 5200 128MB -128bit) with my LCD AOC Widescreen. I tried to use first the VGA and it worked fine at 1440 x 900 resolution. but when i tried using DVI, it only supported upto 1024 x 768 resolution.pag higher or 1440 x 900 eh NO SIGNAL na.

ganun ba tlaga yun pag mahina vdeo card, di magsuport sa DVI ng 1440 x 900?


or bka may alam kau na new driver or tweak for it to work.or bka may 3rd party software for it?

First, Do AOC 193FW really supports 1440 x 900 on DVI Connection?
if so, what graphics card ang pwede mka suport with it.
Second, do Ge Force FX 5200(AGP 128 MB/128bit w/ DVI) can support 1440 x 900 at DVI conection with AOC 193FW?
Third, What are the optimum drivers for this kind of set-up for it to work at 1440 x 900 resolution.

GeForce FX 5200 DVI Maximum Resolution: 1024 X 768 Pixels.
GeForce FX 5200 VGA Max. Resolution, 2048 x 1536 @ 85Hz (Analog).

I'm using GeForce 7300GT. DVI at 1440X900 resolution. no problems here.

why would someone said in widescreengaming forum that the DVI on his FX 5200 worked on 1440 x 900 LCD resolution?

Its not the best LCD but its well worth it.

Only problem for me is text is too thin and the buttons on the LCD. Medyo gahi.

Value over performance this LCD is a must have.

Ang widescreen ana gyud na, mugamay gyud because you have to measure it diagonally.

Advantages of widescreen over standard LCDs:
More work space especially when working with spread sheets or documents.
Of course wide screen movies look absolutely superb!

Im getting a second one soon, once Im able to get a dual DVI video card

Still have stock? i willing to get 1 from your office

for the mean time il use vga muna.il upgrade nlng for a higher video card.

and look.. I have transformed my PC to MAC.with the new AOC LCD 19" wydscrin, its like having MAC and spreading all your worksheets all throgh out your desktop!!!
