mga bro and sis, pa.recommend unta ko og unit, this includes CPU, monitor, kb and mouse..the budget is more or less 22k..ang pinakabug.at nga app gamiton ani is photoshop tingali..hmmm sa monitor kaning Samsung S19A300B akong napilian, pero if naa moy mas nindot nga ma.suggest, much better..Power supply, maybe FSP supersonic 500w will do..

Mag AMD ka or mag Intel setup? if mag AMD ka we can opt for a higher vcard... if intel ka... ato lang i balance2x sa imong imong budget... wahehehe..
