Great you have the Cash Flow Board Game!

I played it once during our 6 hour workshop about 3 years ago on Retire YOung Retire Rich.
I got out of the rat race in the second phase of the game. It's all about mindset and guts to go for it! If you don't have the two you won't make it. Plus it's easier when you have the team to back you up on your quest to riches!

I maybe in Iligan this January 15...good if we can meet and talk about it.

January 15 is a Saturday. I usually go out of town to "mind my own business" during weekends and "work for money" during weekdays. But I love to meet like minded people who share "the same reality".

I have been preaching Kiyosaki's book to all of my friends and relatives. My brother makes the "Cashflow Quadrant" as his bible for his rice wholesale and retail business. Two of my officemates also established a bakeshop and the other a grocery store because of that book. They are my play mates for the "Cash Flow meetup".

Let me share something about the core message of Robert Kiyosaki's book rich dad poor dad. This is a way of giving something for Christmas season, hopely may prepare your agenda for the year 2005 and the exciting years to come!

The core message is, we got this from the workshop on Robert Kiyosaki's Retire YOung Retire Rich, if your business allows you to leave for 1 year and the money you earn is growing without your presence - you're in the right path to Retire YOung and Rich. If it's not, you're doing it wrong, you misunderstand the core teaching and principle of Rich Dad.

The E and S quadrant won't make you Retire YOung and Rich. The S quadrant stands for small business. Small business in the beginning you own it, later on it owns you... it's an active income...that won't help you retire young and rich. Try to evaluate your business now.

The B and I quadrant makes you Retire Young and Rich. B quadrant stands for BIG business that allows you to make money even if you're not around for 1 year...it's a Passive income....this is the path to true Richness! This is the real core message of Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Thanks for posting the alternative website on Kiyosaki. It has been very thought-provoking. I have read The 40 Laws of POwer and have been thinking all along the same thing that John Reed is saying about Kiyosaki. Still, I must give K credit. He has opened my eyes to the need for financial literacy and financial freedom, if only to protect myself from charlatans and deceivers. =)

BTW, anyone interested in Kiyosaki's books should also read "The Enlightened Millionaire". It's along the same lines but has some more substantial advices. =)

hi guys, im also a big fan of kiyosaki... ive heard all the bad stories about him. so what? he has a point to show you! hes got lessons to be learned! I became an entreprenuer because of him, and frankly this country needs more entreprenuers, bussiness makers are the fuel of any capitalist country! so stop whining with your low wages and take control of your financila future... anyways i just acquired new products and im reselling some of it, but only to those serious about thier financial future, dummies need not apply!
