More years in school , means more expenses and payments.. Reality check dapat ang Pinas... Most of the students are on the poverty line , and most of them are eager to finish school to help their parents/family...

as of today...most of our industries still demand college graduates and licensed professionals.
5 years from now, basin naa na tay makit-an nga mga head hunters/employers nga mangita na ug Senior High graduates (graduates specializing in...).

If you are concerned about the money matters, there are two possible ways on how to get the necessary funds to carry out the said program:
    1. Increase the tax (which I think is unnecessary since daghan nag ingon kurakuton ra sad na. Besides, daghan man ang delinquent tax payers, sila gukda ayaw nang honest tax payers); or
    2. Increase the budget for education.
your second option is derived from the first option.... Our current welfare educational system has incurred billions indebt. You cannot increase the education budget without increasing taxation either through new tax schemes, increase tax rate, or through inflation of commodities...

I agree. Nag add lang ta og another layer para madiscriminate. Do we really think nga adding 2 years sa ato educational system makachange sa perception sa mga employers sa quality sa workers? Ok ra sila mag K-12 kay lig-on ilang local market. Wa nay gusto nga mag DH nga local nila didto sa ilang lugar (kita rang taga pinas og indonesia).. Kita kaha? Makahire kaha tag dh gikan sa laing nasod? This move will not change us.

IMO

asa man dapita ma discriminate? di ba karon mas grabe ang discrimination kay ang mga industries mangita gyud ug college graduates or much worse license professionals.
Kahibalo ba ka nga daghan sa atong mga na hired nga licensed kuno nga mga engineers are not really working as engineers?
Like sa banking industry, daghan dinha mga managers nga licensed or graduates diay ug engineering.

Angay ang ilang pangita-on WORKERS lang gyud....walay specific field unya wala nay exam, first come first serve na lang...
pero di ba first come first serve is also a form of discrimination?

If you do not discriminate, how should you hire workers?
