I think the point sa women was that there are really times we go out and dress sexy and it should not be grounds of the defendant (rapist) that the reason was because of what women wore. There are even rape victims who are fully clothed. They sterio-type women that if they do get sexy, they want to be raped which is wrong. Just think of it na nag 2 piece sa beach against someone nga naligo shirt and shorts.
