    and so i thought baratu ra, but the 36 months nga payment kay 20% pa diay sa Total Contract Price, meaning the total price would be around 1.5 million plus or minus, i think pinaka-baratu nga price. I don't know, i just don't feel that it's a good investment, based on my calculations but depende if you really wanna own this or ipa-rent lang. If ipa-rent lang para maui mu-finance sa imung monthly payment ani, then good luck, will take you more than a decade para u'll own this urself nga dili naka magmonthly ug bayad...cheers..

    Well, you should have research more about real estate investment before making an opinion about this one.

    FYI, Real Estate Investment is a Long Term Investment, it creates passive income, so if you are looking for a short term investment then this is not the one for you.

    And if we say "Barato", as for the moment 1.5M-2M is considered the lowest price for a Studio Unit here in Cebu. A good investors always invest when the prices are still low, not when the prices are high.
