What's important he/she gets the message across, jejemon or not, it doesn't matter
Besides typing in caps & lower in the wrong places won't hurt and does it actually make you're reading difficult?
And besides I have seen far worst than than here---a english2x or pa lawm2x ug sulti or opinion pero nag yagaw lang ug nag pataka lang type and trying hard to sound intellectual. hahahahah
