btaw self control lang jud..sus,thanks to my genes kay di mo motambok kaau..although i gain weight fast, i also loose it twice faster than i gain...hehehe..nya..d sad jud ko hilig ug food..naa lang time na ganahan ko mokaon on a specific food then after that wala na.
sa mga tambok self decipline rajud...
