go for 7970... newer architecture means more future proof... if you're running on AMD chip... opt for ATI cards! AMD + ATI = they should be made with the best compatibility and performance given they are on the same manufacturer... don't give too much care on benchmarks for they are mostly using an intel setup which is biased against ATI cards... only 9% faster you say? pair it with a bulldozer chip and never look back...! the FX8150 should be a breeze for you... naka xfire gani kag 4890 hehehe... GTX 580 is better than 6970 at Anti-aliasing by roughly 30%(pixel rate) but 6970 is better at anisotropic filtering (texel rate) by 71%... GTX is 384-bit while HD is 256-bit but with a higher core clock and memory clock... more or less both cards have a same bandwith with the GTX overall better by only 9% but with INTEL setup during benchmarks!

Pixel rate means how fast a card can fill up your screen with graphics, objects and images...
Texel rate means the maximum amount of texture map elements (texels) that can be processed per second...

price wise... GTX580 is at 25k while the 6970 is only at 17k... more or less at 25k you can already buy a 7970 according to price rumored by AMD... if the 6970 can strike a good match with the 580 in an INTEL setup... imagine what the flagship 7970 can do on an AMD setup... it's the fastest single card to be released!

or buy nalang ug dual 6870 sa Gaisano Interpace bro... tag 17k ra! 2gb dual 6870 on a single pcb card!

mao ta baya na ako plano na upgrade sa una, 6990 or 590 pero daghan man reviews nag ingon na problematic daw ang dual gpu most problems kay blue screen and game lags/crashes mao la nalang ko nag ilis. nice pud baya ug feedbacks ang 7970. huwat huawton nalang jud ni. nagpa thrilling pud ang nvidia kung unsa ila iparang sa 7970

so far wla man prob ang card....ok ra sad siya sah mga games..
