we have to face that it is the reality...in short,wa tay mahemz...it's easy to say nga yawyawan ang doctor,nurse,nursing aide,etc. but all of u guys wa kahibaw kung unsa kalisod ani nga mga work...sala ba diay na sa nurse,doctor,etc. kung kulang ang mga staff nga ilang gi-hire?think people!!!sa niingon nga yawyawan ang doctor,im sorry but you are barking at the wrong tree darling...u must know the situation first before ka mubangga!

I understand your side TS but that's the reality sa health care sa Philippines bcoz the gov't focused more on infrastructure,etc. To tell you TS,naa jud nay protocol ang hospital in every case. Sa imuha is dili ka makabalhin dayon ug lain hosp kay ilaha mang liability if unsay mahitabo sa imu pasyente on the way. Tan-awn jud gihapon na ug resident and siya ang mu-decide if ok raba ibalhin ug hosp. I want all istoryan who post sad nga makasabot nga ang trabaho sa doctor,nurse,etc. is dili lalim. Some of them 24hours na walay tulog then ingnon lang ninyo nga yawyawan? Wa lang mo kahibaw kung unsa ka overworked ang mga healthcare provider sa pinas even Nurses will act as a doctor during Emergency cases. Yes,it is not our work and u can sue us but do we did it to harm our patient? We did it becoz we have to and we think it is right.
