phone looks nice. price is good but i have a concern with this seller. just proceed with caution.

talked to him last night and i initially suggested we meet up in starbucks but he wanted jollibee instead (I2 IT Park)
This morning i texted him if we could meet instead in my friend's office in TGU tower right across I2. gave him the floor number, company name and my friend's name and to give it to the guard at the reception's desk. he asked me why not jollibee and i told him so i can check the phone thoroughly. also, i asked him if he likes to count money infront of other people because i don't. that's when he didn't reply. i also informed him he can bring someone if he has company then asked him if we will push through he said no because i'm too segurista and don't trust people. he then told me that we can go meet instead inside the police station after i told him my concerns were valid while his was unfounded. unfortunately, i do not have the liberty of time to put that to test right then.

anyway, i actually thought the location was more favorable and secure for the both of us. gives us the privacy to transact without having to worry too much about external factors.

suffice it to say, call me paranoid but this actually caused alarm bells to ring

as a buyer: why would he not want to let me check the phone thoroughly including test charge it? why would he not want to log his name and show his ID at the receptionist?

as a seller: why would he not prefer to transact business in a more secure location? would it not be better if he has an address and company name and its employee that he can actually check and know where to look for the person in case the buyer (me) gave him fake money or something?

for those who are really concerned i saved the text messages. i can take pictures of them if needed.

read again. all the details are listed above including your suggestion of the police station to where i replied i do not have the liberty of time to go anywhere because i have work. of did you forget that again? the details are also listed in a chronological manner.

those on the bottom are the questions running in my mind when you refused to change the venue from jollibee in I2 to an office in TGU Tower which is just across I2. Nowhere is it stated that you said those things.

bottom line
- i did not say you wouldn't let me check the phone at all
- the agreement was for me to check the phone and buy it if everything is ok. that is not "ego ra tan.awon"
- i changed the venue and you asked why. i replied so i could check the phone better and also test charge it wherein we'd have trouble looking for a plug in jollibee. i also told you that i do not like to count money in such a public place.
- if i said you NEVER replied then why would i say what your reply was?

if pataka ko istorya then by all means go ahead and sue me. fabricating a story after all is libel. you do have my my name and number as well as my friend's information. heck you can even ask galadriel and a few other people here where i live.
