Dimsum Break/Ding Qua Qua is alright but more for mass consumption. Quality isn't that consistent from branch to branch.

best dim sum here in cebu, definetly Tsim Sha Tsui at ayala, from the quality nowbody can top them at the moment
and i try already harbour city, dimsum break, hen lin, sm foodcourt and majestic...
