im just thanking the LORD everyday for his kindness and mercy. We should all be thankful that we are being spared considering that some people are not. Even in the spirit of christmas which is days ahead still tragedies happen. Its so sad to see people die and some people just didnt expect that it was their last sleep. And i feel so bad if i see young children getting killed, it breaks my heart to see them die in a very young age..

it breaks my heart to see people in pain and anguish for the loss of loved ones in the happiest time of the year. i wish i have powers to take away all their pain. it's just sad.

Dili nako ma comprehend or ma imagine unsa kaha if my house was located in Bayug, Barinaut, or Hinaplanon area. I would have been dead by now. Those are low lying areas which is around 2-5 meters below the highway level. Almost the same level na sa mandulog river bed mismo, and our fellow istoryans from those areas can attest to that.

I checked the building structures beside the highway looking for water level marks sa mga walls. Grabe niabot jud mga 8-12 feet ang taas sa baha sa highway palang. Siguro that explains kung ngano pati mga 10-wheeler trucks, backhoe, and other heavy equipment trucks natumba, nabalintong, or naanod to a few meters. You guys might be wondering ngano daghan mga truck and heavy equipment in that area, because naa dinha ang quarry sa mga aggregates business (balas, grava, etc)..
