    now just imagine, 70-80% mga bata ug walay responsibilidad? so mang awol gyud na basta kapoyan na. now imagine 30-40 agents in a month mag awol. ka igo pa kaha ka sa no. of FTE's gi require sa client? so ana mo sulod ang panic hiring. karon, humana man ang 13th month, pusataan pa ang awol ana hapit mo 100.

LOL

    again let me stress this out. the increase # of FTEs/manpower doesnt always mean the company is growing. there might be growth but obviously the agents and other people are still not enticed/impressed/encouraged to apply and stay with your company. Q has no integrity and the image has never improved nor changed because of the management and how it handle their agents.

    an agent will never AWOL if he/she is satisfied with the company or if he/she hasn't done anything negative.. else that's the time you tag him/her with behavioral problems.

Mamemorize niya tanan tinda nimo? so iapply imong logic sa Q.

    dili lagi ka basta2x mohire og additional mobantay kay you think kaya ra og usa or duha ka tindira but quality and service will suffer then business will eventually suffer also.
