Amazing story in Iligan Flash flood. My Fiance's dog named Julia a shipo w/her months old puppy just barely survive the flash flood incident after left alone inside the sinking house from 2am until 11am. At exactly 2am, my fiance Aunt who supposed to be in the house decided to find a place that is much safer together with an elderly company who has sufferd from arthritis, which bitterly planned to just leave the dogs behind. Miraculously after several hours had gone and water level decrease from a high-level as the rooftop, fortunately both the Muddy Fur Julia and jan2x survive.=)
