My opinion static Ip-address is best,Because static ip will not change even you refresh the Modem,But Dynamic Ip-address will change every time you reset the modem,SO for website hosting you can use the static IP-address,For normal home use you can go for Dynamic Ip-address,You can check the Ip-address at here
