for me the cream of the crop sa high end air cooling are: Prolimatech Super Mega, Thermalright Silver Arrow, Thermalright Venomous X, Noctua NH-D14.

personal preference sa brand is Thermalright (great quality and packaging) and VX (for the right size, slimmer/few compatibility issues)

mga 5k is NH-D14 and Silver Arrow territory.

*pair these air coolers with the same high rpm fans that come with the closed loop wcs and the performance should be about the same. they'll beat the 620 and H60 by about 3 degrees. only other gripe I have with some closed loop wcs kay mga mountings made of plastic.
