ang ako gi buhat kai..
1. avoid food that are fried, all food made from all purpose flour, rice(i change to green vegtables instead), anything with the word 'hydrogenated'. (naka limot ko sa uban pero mo update lang ko)
2. eat six times a day and never skipping one(obviously small meals.. hehehe.. exept for the last meal kai hapit na man ko mo sleep as in very light nalang gud.. heheh.. )
3. mag weight lifting ko 6 times a week(working on diffrent muscles everyday), mo change ko ug routine every 3 months
note: majoirty of the people gets discourage man gud after a month or so then "walai" results then the'll look for alternate/quick remedies that dosen't work at all(ang makers lang ma lipay) but you know? it takes TIME man pud so ayaw ka discourage if little or wala kai results... even a 1lb a week is great!
