logically, probably nothing but who knows... but if at least one or two forumers will being to question and eventually start to be a "convert" then that is good enough for me.

first of all, yes i question the integrity of our justice system because we too were victims of obvious corruption. a titled land was literally and technically grabbed from us. RE: MCIAA Lahug airport lot now AsiaTown I.T. Park

secondly, in Paco's case, as I've said, his case was already sealed from RTC level pa. the evidences and testmonies were not accepted not even heard and this is a fact. the case was an obvious mistrial. sa lower courts pa lang pwerti na gyud ka luto. so all SC had to do was review how the case was tried and the testimonies and evidences presented, so naturally in this situation the SC had no choice but to uphold the decision of the lower court. kay abi underdog kunohay ang mga chiongs so trial by publicity na because of the media plus personal secretary pa gyud ni Erap ang auntie sa mga chiongs. plus erap was very influential during his time in both the justice system and police agencies especially PAOCTF, even more influential than the osmenas and aznars. plus the mysterious murder of the judge. i was even surprised why the osmenas did not lift a finger to pull some strings in Paco's case. they just merely gave him their moral and probably financial support.

let's not be naive, in this country justice can be bought depending on your wealth and influence. look at those crooks in senate and congress who have committed actual crimes; known drug lords in high society; political criminals in position; etc.. etc..

moreover, if one has been really following this case and actually believes that judge martin ocampo killed himself in waterfront mactan has go to be SO STUPID and DUMB to say the very least.

All he said that Paco was not given a fair trial. Get your facts straight!

secondly, you question the priest and never questioned the background, integrity and the testimony of Rusia and who was backing him up?

    HOW IRONIC!
I'm tired arguing with people like you over a DONE deal. If you're his friend or a member of his family- I can understand. Paco is already in jail anyway. The SC said he IS guilty. So be it !

i am not here to argue.

FYI, i am a friend of both sides by affiliation, in fact closer to the victims. it just happen that Paco was indeed in Manila and I know it for a fact and it is just not right for him to be in jail. as long as someone innocent is in jail IT IS NEVER A DONE DEAL. kapisch?!

BTW, if you are tired then by all means get out of this thread, plain and simple. are the facts that i am presenting in this thread bothering you in any way, if it is then why and how so?

dili raman sad diri sa pinas naay ingon ana na case... maski sa amerika naa man gani didto na na priso ug 40 years kapin nya na proven ra diay later on na innocent gyud diay siya...

perhaps God has a reason why He allowed Paco to be jailed...

if you really think he is innocent... just continue your efforts to set him free... perhaps one day... his fate will change...

It is better to set the guilty man free than jail the INNOCENT .

osmenas have more connections than chiong.

even jury system will not satisfy to those people who will not accept the truth.

so you mean, the lower court and SC are not intelligent individual. hahahaha. and you are belongs to the better citizens. what a joke.
