katong mga wala gaperform, if you just just listen to how they take calls, maka-ingon jud mo nga dili sila deserving even sa basic na sweldo...and i'm not exagerrating
i'm more interested in stability & longevity now although money is still impt. that's why i'm staying here...and katong ni comment sa php200/php500 ba na increase in 2 years, pls verify ur sources first because that's not right
and sa katong nisign sa contract nga nituo lang sa hr but wala mibasa sa fine print, angay jud ka ma-uwaw oi...ang sakit sa mga amerikano nga dili mobasa ug instructions/contents sa contract, nabalhin na nimo...you should have been smart enough to ask hr why those stuff they said were not in the contract...our hr orientation did not make false promises, if i remember correctly and none were in fine print, to be exact
lisod na kaayo mangita ug work ron, even sa call center so i suggest na sa mga tao nga nihawa sa tp, not to discourage people from applying here because they really might be missing an opportunity (dili baya tanan tao madawat CVG/JPMC,etc)...you can tell them the advantages (if naa man gani para ninyo) or disadvantages (i'm sure nagbaha ni para ninyo) but NEVER EXAGERRATE (and i bet a lot of you do)
