this brings me back to my concern on the ECS board (P965T-A), it requires a new power supply, the one that has an 8-pin cpu power connector.

bro regarding sa ecs 965t-a.. naka gamit ko ana and it work fine expect nga dili cya mu dawat sa ako pqi pc667 512mb nga ram so ni change nalng ko into intel 965 ltck and no problem at all. sak2 c yob, sauna rana ang capacitor issue. sauna ako amd processor i paired it w ecs motherboard, sukad pa year 2000 hantod karon wala pa guba but set aside lang sa nako coz nana man ko core2 duo hehehe . hope dis helped

I have read personal experience ani na board it can OC a the E6300 1.86GHz to more or less 2GHz.
