i don't think leaders on both groups still have a hold on the situation. violence will always be correlated with fraternities, and you can't really blame people if they look at it as something that is inherent. blame it to war-freak members/leaders and of course media plays a role on this.

any kind of war is definitely dangerous. question is "Frat War.. threat to peace" urk, do we have to ask that??
