I'm also a bit confused whether I should frame within the viewfinder or within the yellow rectangle within the viewfinder. Oops, just found it on page 12, "The field of view which will appear on the film can be seen within the rectangular frame." Bantog ra nawala ang space below the tree in #4. Read the manual lagi. He he.

Aris, I'm thinking hulat na lang ko nimo before we photowalk at night using film cams I'm thinking 18th or even 19th para makapahulay sa ka after your BT. Trabaho pa baya ka as manin**** ato Christmas Party, he he. Kuyog nato Kibs and others who may have film cams in the office. Si Ozzy naa Holga. We can also text Larry.

@genghis: I'm still considering getting a film SLR. Probably a Canon AE-1. Canon all the way na lang ko. Nalihis lang ko gamay sa akong new digital point and shoot kay Samsung but my first PnS was a Canon. Pero kung mag-abili Nikon service center, hmm, Nikon D1100 + 35mm sounds good. Ha ha. Nabuing na.

@genghis: Hmm, I didn't know that. I did read that Canon's F1N is way better than the AE-1 but oh my gosh, kamahal sa ebay, ako na lang ipalit lens. Kutob ra 5K ako budget for a film cam. How about Pentax Spotmatic II? I could Google for it of course but you may know already Good thing I didn't go into impulse mode and clicked Buy Me Now in e-bay. I'd still research and I'm glad people like you are willing to help guide film noobs like me. I'm going to Manila on the 21st and would stay until the 29th. I may go to Quiapo. If possible, I'd really like a full manual camera with no electronic (but electric?) component whatsoever and of course can be powered by batteries I can readily buy from camera shops.

Ha ha, I have to print the Sunny 16 rule table. The Zone System is probably easier to memorize with its +2 to -1 exposure markers.

I'm in no particular hurry to buy a new film cam though, still enjoying the RF. It's the different type of films that I'd like to experiment on. arisarnado referred me to piiq.us - experiment with life | home. I'll try each one.

Sige bai, hopefully magkita ta in person para I can treat you to banana-q and Absolute ice water. At least Absolute dili tap water.
