~ Q is not good for me kay imagine you are just a TIER ONE/NEWBIE then you handle 3 accounts nga perti ka lisod magtagbaw paka ug pangita sa mga links nya taas kaau ang stress level samotan pa sa aircon nga bugnaw kaau maglabad imong ulo sa katugnaw usahay mausab imong tingog nga murag di naka katingog. para nako dapat ila sang gihinay2x ug pa absorb sa mga newbies ang mga account kay lisod baya mo handle ka ug 3 ka accounts nga wala pa kaau kay idea nya usahay sa sobra ka pressure kapoyan naka. for me their compensation sa mga agents is kuwang ra sa trabaho nga ilang gihimo within the 8 hours span kay grabe kaau ka pressure and inig human sa shift your body is really down. but i admit their amenities are good.

yup.. and you should be able to handle all accounts. Imagine all the pressure in you. plus the lunchbreak I almost forgot--- only 25 minutes break for lunch (night time) - they deprive the time for rest for employees specially sa newbies because its not easy to dial 3 accounts in an 8 hour shift - all informations are mixed up pa sa imong hunahuna. instead of giving 1 hour for a lunch break ilang gi minimize to 25 minutes para motaas ang worktime, it really makes me think that they are already inconsiderate.

1 month nako sa floor since naendorse karun pa jud ko kabalik dinhi hehehe, sayun raman diay kaayu ning call center oi, basta magkuge lang jud ka peru usahay stresful kau labi na 3rd-5th day from day off, peru inig 10 and 25 mawagtang ang stress hahaha
