2. roads need sidewalks
3. sidewalks don't need squatters
4. road widening instead of flyovers

5. improve/rehab of canals, waterways, and drainage systems kay baha raba pirmi basta mag uwan.. hahah mang langoy ming taga usjr pirmi bsta mg uwan..

aside from the infrastructure that needs a lot of improvement, what needs to be fixed is the political bickering in our local govt. this is one hindrance to devt.

rama and osmena should square it off in the ring, to settle who's boss!! heheh bitaw, sakto ka bai, unahon mn gud ang politika before welfare sa katawhan...

A master plan should be made and implemented for the proper use and development of Cebu's limited space, Iron Will in implementing City Ordinances & Laws, and prevention of squatters in occupying vacant spaces here in Cebu, discipline in garbage disposal, stop political bickering. A lot has to be done to improve Cebu's image. Kita man unta ang Queen City
