i have an officemate and one of my closest friend and she applied in Qualfon before. unfortunately, she wasn't accepted/hired because according to her interviewer she needs more practice in talking english. she (my officemate) has worked in BPO industry for years and i can attest that she has a good command in english. the funny thing is, during her interview the interviewer asked her, "why Qualfon? what not CVG? what not Stream? what not Xlibris?" -- and she has the guts to tell my friend that she needs more practice? c'mon! what not? really? hahaha.. poor Qualfon!

haha @browniies arrogante man gud kaayo na siya and he keeps on telling people that we will stay poor churva. who the hell is he to tell us we will not succeed? as if he's that rich. he also keeps on saying we are dumb. he cant even answer my statements bisan ako na gispecify and elaborate. I dont like Q coz of how it manages it's agents. they don't improve coz they don't listen to their agents. daghan na nicomplain sa HR and OMs pero naa bay action?

@eriz if applicants came from big call centers and talk professionally or smart, then there's a high tendency Q will not accept them. they might be overqualified or they will just resign soon if they realize the pay is low or they will just rant/whine nonstop.
