Gitawagan napud ko sa HR pero I mentioned na naa koy no compete agreement with Company A, and I told her, pwd ba nato ma klaro if valid ba jud ang claims sa kaning Company A... ana sha she will call back pero wala naman... pwd ra ba unta mag pa followup nimo, or submit nalang nako ako CV nimo pud? dako dako baya inyong referal noh... 40k minimum ba?

@rymangga - I was at IBM IT Park during the Open House, pinaka una naabot ug na interview .. hehehe the one who interviewed me said nga nakapasar daw ko sa iya interview , they will just either e-mail me if I did not make it or call if I did and proceed to the next step which is interview sa Technical Hiring Manager , ang iya gi recommend na position is Infrastructure Lead Specialist. How long ni ilang hiring process ?
