gud eveng.. just want to ask an advice for my mothers name. iyang city registrar & marriage cert. 1st name s lahi sa iyang NSO birth 1st name. then gusto nako kuhaan akng mom ug passport? unsay imong ika advice? and pila sad ang charge to correct that probs and para makakuha akng mom ug passport na?

I have problem with the spelling of my Middle Name stated in my NSO Birth Certificate, What can you do to help?

I wish to correct the entry of my Middle Name and Birth Year from "SALAS to SALA" and "From 1974 to 1975".
