Need Help...My Globe Broadband has a signal pero Walay Internet...

Hi mga fellow istroyians...


Mangayo ta ko ug tabang regarding sa problema sa globe Broadband nmo, the broadband has a signal as in full siya but the problem is wala mi internet. I donno why sd, I tried troubleshooting the hardware pero the same ang problem...

ang display sa akong connection is identifying network ra gyud na nya naa daun "exclamation point" na makita nmo sa network icon...Actually, ngshare mi ug connection sa akong kauban...We have a router....

Can you give me a solution or a feedback if naunsa among connection...

try e configure ang router basin na conflict ang IP adress..

o basin ig tawag nimo sa customer service ingnun lang ka pag tubag "affected inyo area sa upgrade enhancement"... same sako before naabot nalang ug 1month wala gyud ma balik ako inet connection mao gipa cut nalang nako =)

Thanks kaayo mga bro.... Among gi try ug configure wala man gyapon...the IP we got is 169 ang sugod...Maybe try namo ug dala sa globe....

suwayi daw ipconfig /release and renew if "automatically obtain IP address n DNS server" imong settings
