ahm as far as I know sa pagkakaron, safe sa mga virus ang Android OS since lite version ni siya sa Linux OS which is usa sa pinakagahi sudlon ug virus among the OSs...nakabasa pa sad gani ko ug article nga no need to install anti-virus apps (such as AVG which is available sa Market) sa mga Android handsets kay pabug-at ra daw ni sila...you can dissent in case I am wrong about this

mao ni steps:

1. Download needed file search lang ni pareng google (update.zip)
2. Copy ZIP file to the root of your SD-card
3. Turn off your phone
4. Switch ON your device in the recovery Mode
(hold power, volume up, home button together).
5. Select update from SD Card option. (yung volume keys gamitin pang select)
6. You will see that the list of files will come from which you will have to select the file which is named as Update.zip
7. Wait a few minutes
8. And…..voila!! Your Galaxy Y S5360 is now rooted

had mine for almost 2weeks...battery usage, running 4days man ako...task manager time to time to see if naay nagdagan na apps, and i end it. off wifi if not used, also bluetooth, brightness sa display i had mine low..

so far so good, 3-4 days gyud ako batt...games and browse calls and text gamit.

You can edit files inside your phone where your not supposed toXD
you can install other apps pud.
but be warned this could damage the phone if not done correctly
