If possible, make roads 3 lanes on each side and make flared intersections like those in Cebu Business Park.

Minimize regular Jeepneys on major roads by replacing them with CnG Buses. Encourage E-Jeepneys / E-Tricycles for smaller roads and travel within the city/ business district

I am both Flyovers and Road Widening ..... walay laing solution anang problema basta mag abot na sa Intersection .... how about flared intersection ? effective ba kaha na diha sa Gorordo ? i think dili ...

flared intersections are those nga naay island dedicated para right turn...

Example would be a 3 lane road would "flare out" into 4 lanes with the 4th lane making a right turn. This prevents those turning right from impeding the flow of traffic sa 3 lane road.

Kaning akong mga suggestions.. doable ra man ni sa atong local government. Ang kailangan ug national budget kay kung major highways na, bridges or flyovers....

There's too much bickering with the flyover issue... dapat na gyud studyhan ug tarong and planohan kung unsay road system nato kay tempo pa man ni sa akong lolo ang mga road networks karon..

there have been studies made. question is, will the proponents listen to the arguments, or have their minds been set to build the flyovers for the millions of reasons that they are arguing for...

same also with those Anti-Flyover people... what if part of the recommendation is indeed to build flyovers? What makes this issue difficult is nasagulan ang anti-flyover people with church interest groups who are opposed to the flyovers because it affects their church property or impedes their view...these people should let the greater good prevail over their selfish self interests.

remove the jeepneys from major thoroughfares since they are no longer an efficient mode of transportation not only for CEBU but all major cities, implement road widening and BRT systems and issuance of driver's license must be monitored to ensure that no "shortcuts" are done, applicants for drivers license must be evaluated by giving practical driving exams to test if they are indeed worthy of a license..
